Organizational identity

The success of any business strategy rests on employees understanding it, knowing how it relates to their jobs, and being motivated to support it.

Dynamic, growing organizations are learning constantly. The larger the organization, the more employees need to know and the more challenging it becomes to give them knowledge they will retain and apply.

A brilliant strategy is destined to fail if employees don’t understand why it’s important and how their job is connected to it. Success requires an ongoing investment to educate, motivate and reward employees for carrying out key initiatives. My goal is to create organizational identity initiatives that help your employees know what to do and why they are doing it.

“We initially planned to provide our training to 4,000 employees, but it was so well received that more than 53,000 associates and providerS took some or all of it.”
